€545 + VAT, paid once. Includes a legal address in Tallinn, licensed contact person service, mail scanning and digital forwarding for the five-year term. No annual service payments. No hidden fees for the included service.
What your 5-year legal address package includes
- Legal address in Tallinn. A registered address for your Estonian company under the service arrangement.
- Licensed contact person service. Dalanta receives and forwards official documents addressed to your company. This is not general legal representation.
- Mail scanning and digital forwarding. Company letters received under the service are scanned and forwarded by email, without hidden scanning fees.
- Switching assistance. Guidance and preparation of the standard Business Register change application are included at no additional service cost.
Keep your own accountant. There is no compulsory accounting subscription. Both the annual and five-year plans include the same core address, contact person and digital mail-handling services.
This package is not company formation, accounting or a replacement for all company compliance obligations. Government fees are separate from our service price.

How to start your 5-year legal address service
- Order the package. Choose the five-year term and complete your purchase.
- Complete company and identity checks. Provide the required onboarding information. Activation is subject to approval.
- Receive your registration details. After approval, use the details and contact person consent documentation supplied for your company.
- Complete the registry application. We provide guidance or prepare the standard change application for the necessary authorised signers. Applicable state fees and registry approval remain separate.

Is the five-year package a one-off payment?
Yes. You pay €545 + VAT once for the full five-year service term. There are no annual service payments or additional charges for the included legal address, contact person, mail scanning and digital forwarding services during that term.
How much does the five-year package save?
Five annual purchases at the current €124 + VAT price total €620 + VAT. The five-year package costs €545 + VAT, saving €75 before VAT. Its equivalent annual cost is €109 + VAT; this is not an annual payment plan.
Can I keep my current accountant?
Yes. There is no compulsory accounting subscription. You can keep your current accountant or arrange accounting separately. Accounting and annual-report preparation are not included in this package.
Is there a separate fee when switching provider?
Our switching guidance and preparation of the standard change application are included. For a standard OÜ contact-person change, a €25 state fee is payable directly to the e-Business Register. It is a government fee, not an additional Dalanta service charge. Any obligations to your old provider remain separate.
What does the contact person do?
A contact person receives official documents and communications addressed to your company and forwards them to you. The appointment does not give general authority to act on your company’s behalf. Under section 24 of the Commercial Register Act, a contact person must be designated when the legal person’s address is abroad.
Can I use the service immediately after payment?
Service activation is subject to completion and approval of the required company and identity checks. Use the registration details and consent documentation supplied after approval. A registry change also requires the necessary signatures and the registrar’s decision.
Does this package cover every company compliance obligation?
No. It covers the listed address, contact person and mail-handling services. Your company remains responsible for its accounts, annual reports, tax obligations, accurate registry details and ongoing responses to compliance checks. The five-year payment term does not remove those responsibilities.
