Section 3: Step-by-Step Guide to Changing Address
The change is completed online via e-Äriregister (the Estonian e-Business Register). Follow these steps:
Step 1: Log in to the e-Business Register
Go to ariregister.rik.ee and select "My Companies".
Step 2: Start the "Application for Amendment"
Click your company name and select "Change data".
Step 3: Update the Legal Address
Remove the old address and enter the Dalanta address from your welcome email.
Step 4: Update the Contact Person
Remove the old provider. Add Dalanta OÜ (or the representative shown in your documents) and enter the license number.
Step 5: Sign & Pay
Digitally sign the application and pay the state fee (typically around €25) via card or bank link.
